001. Upper Extremity Diagonal Pattern D2 Flexion

Start with the resistance anchored down and opposite the arm, you will be using. Reach down and across your body to grab hold of the resistance with your thumb pointing back. Lift your arm up and across your body while rotating so that you finish with your palm facing the ceiling. Control your return to the starting position and then repeat as directed.
