There are three coverage options available to patients of Drayton Valley Physiotherapy; health benefits, insurance and WCB.
Several insurance companies can be billed directly online, and we can submit these claims for you. Some insurance companies may require you to pay upfront before reimbursing you. If an amount is owing after submission, we conveniently accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash.
If approved by your automotive insurance, a certain number of visits are covered and generally direct billed to them. You have 90 days to complete the initial visits approved by your insurance company. Contact our office for further information related to insurance claims.

If your injury is a direct result of a workplace accident and if WCB approves services, they will automatically cover the cost of your first assessment and treatment. Continued treatment approval must be granted by WCB for further coverage of additional treatments.
Many insurance providers offer coverage for athletic therapy services, but it depends on your specific plan. Bring your insurance information to your appointment and we will attempt to direct bill on your behalf, however you may have to pay up front first and submit to the insurance company for reimbursement. If your plan does not offer coverage for athletic therapy, you can ask your employer to have it added.
