047. Supine Air Punch AKA Serratus Punch, Resisted

Lay on your back, with a small weight in your hand. Raise your arm so it is in line with your shoulder. “Punch” the air by pushing your fist directly upward. Return to start. Notice how there is no movement in the elbow – it all comes from the shoulder.
