067. Blocked Flexion Extension of Fingers

Using your uninjured hand, grasp your injured finger below the top of middle joint. Now actively flex and extend that finger. This exercise will help with strengthening and range of motion in each joint. Do not squeeze so hard that it causes pain, just enough that it prevents the finger from moving through the joints below.
