126. 1/2 Kneeling Chest Press with Torso Rotation

Start in a half-kneeling position, working arm is the same side as the knee on the ground. Have the resistance start behind you at about chest height, rotate back to grab it with your hand, then contract your abdominals to start rotating forward and press your hand forward until it reaches full elbow extension. Return to start position in a controlled manner, and repeat as directed.
