127. Seated Cable Chest Press

Start sitting on a ball or bench with the cable behind you, torso slightly rotated back towards it. Hold the attachment at about shoulder height, contract your abdominals. Rotate forward and press the cable forward until your arm is fully extended. Return to start in a controlled manner. Repeat as directed.
