Start in a half-kneeling position with the same side knee down as the arm you will work. For example, if using your right arm, your right knee will be on the ground. With the resistance starting behind and below, contract your abdominals as your rotate to face forward and push the arm forward and up, on a diagonal. Return to start in a controlled manner, then repeat as directed.
