133. Seated Cable Overhead Press

Sit on a ball or bench, cable behind you, with your torso starting in a slightly rotated position. Start holding the attachment at just below shoulder height. As you rotate forward, contract your abdominals and press the cable forward and up, diagonally, until you reach full elbow extension. Return to start in a controlled manner. Repeat as directed.
