Stand tall, shift weight onto one leg. Lift the other leg forward, then sweep out to the side, then backward, and then back to neutral. Repeat as directed, then try the opposite direction. Send leg back, then out to the side, then to the front and back to neutral. Repeat as directed and the perform on the other side.
