154. Hamstring Stretch

Place the heel of your foot on a step or stool. Keep your hips pointing toward the step, as well as the toes of your standing leg. Bend forward while pushing your hips back slightly until you feel a gentle pull along the back of the knee. Hold for 10 seconds or more; repeat on opposite leg.
