180. Stiff Legged Deadlift

In this variation you will keep your knees straight (not hyperextended) for the duration of the movement. Keep your spine in neutral – no arching up or down. Tighten your glutes and stand up straight, then lower back to the ground, tight and in control the whole time. If you can’t keep your back from rounding, lower only as far as you can before it starts to round. Repeat as directed.
