181. Walking Lunges

Start in standing; take a large step forward and then lower into a lunge. Push up and then bring your back leg forward to your front leg. Now take a step forward with that leg and lower into a lunge again. Continue this pattern for as many reps as you have been prescribed. Try to stay tall throughout the movement, keeping your core activated to help prevent excessive extension through your lower back.
