185. Step Lunges

This video shows options for stepping forward or backward into a lunge. Either way you do it, keep your torso tall, ribs down, core engaged, and try to keep the front knee from passing ahead of your toes. Only go as fast as you can actually control the movement – if you’re wobbly you should slow down and focus on the quality of the movement.
