Start with the resistance anchored up and to your side. Reach your hand up to grab hold of the resistance, palm to the ceiling. Pull your arm down and across your body, toward your opposite hip, rotating your arm inward as you do so. You should finish with your palm facing your body. Return to start in control and repeat as directed.
