057. Wrist Circles

This exercise is to help with your range of motion. Make a light fist (not clenched), and rotate your wrist clockwise and counter clockwise. Go slow and small at first, gradually making the circles bigger as you increase your range of motion, or quicker as you increase your strength. You can rest your forearm on a table, chair, or your lap, or you can just hang your hand at your side. Repeat as directed.
