065. Making a Fist

To help with range of motion of your fingers and thumb, try to make a fist. Make sure you move through all joints and that none stay straight. If any joint is having difficulty, gently use your other hand to flex the joints in question without causing more pain – discomfort is ok. Hold and repeat as directed.
