089. Standing Rotation

Stand tall with your core engaged to maintain a neutral spine. Hold a stick at shoulder height to also assist in that neutral spine position. Rotate from side to side within a pain free range of motion. Exhale upon rotation, inhale back to centre. You can also do this in a stagger stance or in sitting.
