041. Wall Walks with Fingertips

Stand facing a wall, with your fingertips touching the wall. The closer you stand the more difficult this will be to perform. Walk your fingers up the wall as high as you can without pain, and then walk them back down the same way. Try to keep the same speed up and down for maximum benefit. Also try not to lift your shoulder toward your ear. Repeat as directed.
