053. Wrist Flexors and Extensors Stretches

In sitting or standing, start with your elbow bent, palm up. Use your opposite hand to bend your wrist back, and then straighten out your elbow. Hold 10-30 seconds as tolerated. Then do the same motion but this time with your palm facing down, to stretch the other side of your forearm and wrist. Hold 10-30 seconds again.
