054. Standing Wrist Extensors Stretch

Stand beside a table (or something similar), with the back of your hand resting on it and your elbow straight. Slowly start to move your body backward, which causes more flexion in your wrist. You should feel a stretch in the forearm and through the wrist. Only go to discomfort, not pain. Hold and repeat as directed.
