107. Straight Leg Deadbug

Back to Video Resources

Start in your regular position for a deadbug – core tight, back flat, arms up, but this time when you lift your legs up keep the knees straight instead of bent. Lower your arm and the opposite leg on your exhale, and lift them back to start on the inhale. If you find your back is lifting off the ground, go back to the knee bent option or don’t lower your legs all the way to the ground. As your core gets stronger you will be able to get lower and lower.
