101. 1/2 Kneeling Torso Rotation Resisted

Start in half-kneeling with your resistance coming from beside you – same side knee is down. Hold the resistance at about chest height, then contract your abdominals to rotate your torso away. Return to start in a controlled manner and repeat as directed.
