104. Supported Bird Dog

This version of the bird dog exercise is a little bit easier and mainly focuses on gluteal muscle activation rather than core strength and segmental stability – which will come with progressions of the exercise. Lay over a ball so your back is supported into a more neutral position. Tighten up your core to practice that activation, then lift your leg and opposite arm without moving your spine. Repeat as instructed.
