Add some weights to add some difficulty! Same start position, arms up, legs up (straight is harder), and core tight (ribs to pelvis). In this video there are two options: lift your shoulders off the ground and hold the weight in the air while you do repetitions with your legs or do a press motion at the same time as moving your legs.
