125. Standing Torso Rotation with Chest Press

Start in standing, core activated to support a neutral spine, with the resistance to your side. As you start to rotate in the opposite direction, bring your arm across your body at chest height. Allow the back foot to rotate naturally. Return to start in a controlled manner and repeat as directed.
