131. Standing Torso Rotation with Overhead Press

Stand tall with core activated to support a neutral spine. Have the resistance come from your side; as you rotate the opposite direction, bring your arm up and across your body, as if punching the air. Allow your back foot to lift and turn in a natural motion. Return to start with control, then repeat as directed.
