170. Knee to Wall

This exercise will help you with dorsiflexion in your ankle. Start facing a wall with your toe touching it. Bend your knee until it touches the wall, while also keeping your heel down. If this is no problem, move your foot back a little bit so your toes aren’t touching the wall, and try the same movement. Keep moving back from the wall until you feel your heel lift as you bend your knee. Repeat the exercise as directed.
