171. Gastroc Soleus Stretch

Stand in a lunge position, facing a wall or counter. Keeping your back heel on the ground, move you hips forward until you feel a stretch; use the wall for support. Now, bring the back leg in a little bit, closer to the front, and bend it slightly while continuing to keep the heel down. Hold each of these positions as directed.
