174. Dorsiflexion Stretch with Band

Sit with your legs straight out in front of you. Reach a strap/belt/etc under the ball of your foot. Using both hands, gently pull back until you feel a stretch. This may be uncomfortable but should not cause pain. Hold 15 or more seconds. Repeat as directed.
