177. Towel Scrunch Toe Curls

Place a towel under your forefoot, on the ground. Using the tips of your toes, try to gather the towel and pull toward you. Release and try again. Repeat as directed. As at the end of the video, do not push your toes into the ground before grabbing the towel – this actually causes extension in the toes and negates the goal of the exercise: strength in flexion.
