Lay on your back with your arms at your side; bend or straighten your legs, whichever is more comfortable for you. Turn your palms face up, and slowly move your arms as if making a snow angel. Stop if you start to feel discomfort anywhere, and return to the starting position. Repeat as directed. If you are able to do this with no pain or discomfort, place a foam roller or rolled up bath towels along the length of your spine and do the same motion – this will open up your chest a little bit more.
