032. Pulleys

Sit toward the front of your chair with the pulleys in front of you. Grasp one handle in each hand. Use your uninjured arm to lift the injured arm as high as it will go without pain. Use the uninjured arm to control the descent of the injured arm so that it doesn’t drop down to the start position. You can also do this in standing to work on your flexion or abduction (stand to the side, pull arm up and away from body).
