044. Pec Stretch on Wall

Stand against a wall, body facing it. Put your arm out to the side, palm in, and then slowly turn your body away from your arm until you feel a stretch in the front of your chest and shoulder. You can change the angle of the stretch by changing the height of your arm, so try a few different positions.
