045. Shoulder Scratch

Back to Video Resources

1. Try to scratch the back of the same shoulder by lifting your arm up and over.

2. Try to scratch the back of the opposite shoulder by reaching across your chest and over your shoulder.

3. Try to scratch the middle of your back by reaching behind and up.

4. In all positions, try to do the motion without contorting your upper back and stay tall.
