083. Side Bending in Standing

Stand with your hips and shoulders against the wall, feet also if it is comfortable. Slide your arm down your leg and bend toward that side. Do not let the opposite shoulder come off the wall. Add more stretch by reaching your arm up and over your head. Hold 10 seconds or more. Repeat on the other side.
